Regency Health Services Inc.: The Tustin operator of specialty health care facilities posted first quarter profit of $3.1 million, or 18 cents a share. That compares with net income of $2 million, or 12 cents a share, for the first quarter last year, which included an extraordinary loss of $975,000 related to the earthquake. Revenue rose 3% to $97.5 million from $95.1 million.
