Derlan Inc.: The Santa Ana maker of aircraft interior products and complex sheet metal assemblies said Tuesday that it has acquired aircraft seat maker Tosington Enterprises in Simi Valley. About two dozen employees are being transferred to Derlan’s plant, and Tosington’s Simi Valley facility is being closed. The acquisition price was not disclosed. Derlan is a subsidiary of Derlan Industries Ltd. in Toronto. Tosington is privately held.
