Sun Expected to Announce Cost-Cutting Moves: The plan by Philadelphia-based refiner Sun Co., scheduled to be unveiled at a meeting with financial analysts Tuesday, will be far less comprehensive than the company’s major 1992 restructuring, analysts said. Under that program, Sun retreated from international exploration, reduced its real estate holdings and left other areas to focus on refining.
