Regency Health Services Inc.: The Tustin company said Thursday it agreed to buy South Coast Rehab Services for $13.5 million in cash and notes. South Coast, based in Laguna Hills, provides speech therapy and other rehabilitation services to clients in nine Western, Midwestern and Southeastern states.
Regency said it expects South Coast to generate revenue of $29 million in 1995. Tustin-based Regency operates 94 specialty health care facilities in California, Ohio, New Mexico and West Virgina. It also provides rehabilitation therapies, home health care, skilled nursing and home care.
