Neuro Navigational Corp.: The Costa Mesa manufacturer of fiber-optic imaging technology and tools for brain surgery said Tuesday that it has agreed to sell a 19.5% stake to Ballard Medical Products of Draper, Utah, for $2 million. Ballard also paid $500,000 for a two-year option to acquire the remainder of the company for $9.5 million in the first year, or at a varying price the following year.
