First Exchange Corp. Relocates to Ventura

First Exchange Corp., a real-estate exchange specialist, has relocated from Santa Barbara to downtown Ventura.
The company, a subsidiary of First American Title Insurance Co., has moved into the Bard Professional Building at 121 Fir St., according to Grubb & Ellis Co., which arranged a long-term lease.
First Exchange is leasing 1,600 square feet of office space from Morton Capital Management, Grubb & Ellis said.
