Montgomery Watson Merges With Royds Consulting: Pasadena-based Montgomery Watson Inc. said it merged with Royds Consulting Ltd., based in New Zealand. Montgomery Watson, a privately held environmental engineering and construction company, will operate Royds as a New Zealand-based subsidiary. Royds is an engineering and environmental consultant with 240 employees, 12 offices in New Zealand and an office in Laos. Project offices are located in Katmandu, Nepal, and Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. The merger with Royds will strengthen Montgomery Watson’s presence in Asia, the company said.
