Premier Laser Systems Inc.: The Irvine company will manufacture and market International BioLaser Corp.’s argon dental laser system under an agreement announced Tuesday. Terms were not disclosed. Premier Laser Systems makes lasers and fiber optic devices. Privately held International BioLaser, based in Salt Lake City, makes lasers for dental and surgery markets.
