Geneva Companies Opens Dallas Office

IRVINE — The Geneva Companies, which specializes in mergers and other transactions involving private, middle-market businesses, has opened a regional office in Dallas, the Irvine company said Monday. The expansion “is a clear indication of the growing volume of merger and acquisition activity in the Southwest,” said Richard J. Sirchio, who was named managing director of the regional office.
