Health Company Enlarges Its Portfolio

COSTA MESA — Comprehensive Care Corp. said Tuesday a subsidiary has signed an agreement to acquire Health Management Services Inc. of Bloomfield Hills, Mich.
The acquisition by the subsidiary, Comprehensive Behavioral Care Inc., should be completed in the next few weeks, said Chriss Street, chairman and president parent Comprehensive Care, a Costa Mesa company that provides health-care management services. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
