Scenic Train Rides Offered at Park

The Fillmore & Western Railway Co. will be offering scenic train rides beginning Sunday.
The trains, which will travel through citrus orchards between Fillmore and Santa Paula, depart from Central Park in Fillmore at 10:30 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. A third Sunday trip at 3:10 p.m. will be added in mid-March, along with Saturday afternoon and evening train rides.
Prices for Saturday and Sunday daytime trips are $14 for adults and $8 for children ages 4 through 12. For an additional charge, $24 for adults and $16 for children, first-class service is available on a private car that dates back to 1929.
