Basinger’s Latest Court Battle: Kim Basinger’s bankruptcy trustee sued her former lawyers last week in Los Angeles, alleging they mishandled the trial over her withdrawal from a starring role in the 1993 film “Boxing Helena.” The trial ended in an $8.1-million verdict against Basinger. The new lawsuit seeks $3.8 million plus $600,000 in legal fees, said trustee Ronald Durkin.
