United Leisure to Buy Anaheim Firm

IRVINE — United Leisure Corp. said it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Anaheim-based Positive Developments Inc., a software developer. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
United Leisure is an Irvine-based company that operates summer day camps and multimedia play centers for children in Southern California. Its United Leisure Interactive subsidiary plans to begin marketing multimedia interactive travel programs.
