Camarillo Hospital Ballot Proposition

* Converting Camarillo State Hospital to house the criminally insane is not an issue which should be decided by a small special interest group in cahoots with a few politicians who do not live in this city.
I suspect that the vast majority of the people of Camarillo are unaware of what is going on and I would therefore like to see the proposition put to a vote of the people of this community. The ballot question could be quite simple: Do you want mentally disturbed criminals living in your back yard?
