Santa Barbara Bancorp Seeks NASDAQ Listing

Santa Barbara Bancorp, parent company of Santa Barbara Bank & Trust, has filed an application for listing on the NASDAQ stock exchange.

Listing of the stock will allow shareholders, especially those outside Santa Barbara and Ventura counties, to more easily follow the price and volume of sales. It is also expected to make it easier for brokers to follow the stock and increase the number of shareholders.

Santa Barbara Bank & Trust has offices in Ventura, Oxnard and Camarillo.
