David West Takes Viking Components Post

David West has been appointed managing director of the European headquarters for Viking Components, a Laguna Hills computer memory manufacturer. The new Dublin facility opens in August. West was formerly general manager of OKI Systems and managing director of Northamber PLC, a distributor of computer products.

* Jeff Goldman has joined TMP Realty Inc. in Santa Ana as executive vice president of acquisitions and dispositions. He was previously senior vice president of the Newport Beach office of Sperry Van Ness.

* Thomas S. Bucci has been named to the newly created position of vice president of continuous quality improvement in operations for Regency Health Services Inc. in Tustin. Before joining the company, Bucci was director of quality assurance/continuous quality improvement for the Western region for Vencor/Hillhaven Corp.
