Imagyn Medical Inc.: The Laguna Niguel designer and developer of medical devices incurred a net loss of $610,000, or 10 cents a share, for the second quarter, compared with a net loss of $1.5 million, or 36 cents a share, for the 1995 second quarter. Sales rose to a record $2.5 million from $399,000. The company lost $2.2 million, or 38 cents a share, in the first half, compared with a net loss of $2.6 million, or 61 cents a share, for the first six months last year. Sales increased to $4 million from $734,000. Imagyn completed an initial public offering in June.
