Odetics Plans Buybacks

ANAHEIM — Odetics Inc. will buy back up to 500,000 shares of class A common stock from time to time in the open market or through negotiated block trades, the company said Thursday. The communications equipment concern had an average of 6.5 million average common shares outstanding during the first quarter ended June 30.
