May I add three more videotapes to Susan King’s fine article “All Aboard for Tracks, Ties and Videotape” (Aug. 4)?
The ultimate in beauty, Swiss engineering and outstanding photography is the “Glacier Express” video, a trip from Zermatt to St. Moritz along the backbone of the Swiss Alps. Other worthwhile videos are “The Great Canadian Train Ride,” a trip from Toronto to Vancouver, and “Pike’s Peak Railroad,” which contains lots of historical background.
Taking trips by video can be loads of fun if your “ticker” tells you, “Slow down, take it easy”!
