DDL Electronics, Circuit Systems End Merger Talks

DDL Electronics Inc. in Newbury Park has ended merger negotiations with Circuit Systems Inc.
DDL, which has offices in California and the United Kingdom, provides electronic manufacturing services to American and European computer and telecommunications concerns.
Circuit Systems Inc. is a maker of printed circuit boards for the electronics industry.
DDL said that it could not come to an agreement with Circuit Systems on terms for a possible stock merger of the two companies.
