Cal State Northridge outside hitter Nancy Ma, a sophomore from Zheng Zhou, China, has been named the top newcomer in Big Sky Conference volleyball.

Middle blocker Getty Dimitrova and Ma were also picked to the all-conference team. Setter Heather Hofmans was a second-team pick.
