EMB Cancels Deal

COSTA MESA — EMB Corp. said Tuesday it has called off its agreement to buy the assets of Realty Information Systems Inc. of Salt Lake City. EMB Corp. declined to cite a reason for the move.
Realty Information owns the Help-U-Sell Real Estate franchise system.
