So, Curt Pringle wants $450,000 in emergency funds to replace the Assembly Republican Victory Fund (Dec. 22). Lest we forget the six-digit funds spent to unseat and recall Republican Doris Allen as Assembly speaker (the first moderate in 25 years), and continuing to the next, Brian Setencich.
The days of accepting extremism in the Republican Party are no longer acceptable by the voters. We’re unfortunate to have not had an ear to moderation in the GOP, as our party has lost it in California.
