IRVINE — Bristol Technology Systems Inc. said it has completed its acquisition of Automated Retail Systems Inc. of Seattle for an undisclosed amount of cash and stock. Automated Retail is a dealer for retail point-of-sales systems for several major manufacturers. Irvine-based Bristol acquires and operates dealerships that sell, install and service the automated systems, which help retailers keep track of inventory.
