Sinatra Leaves Hospital After Overnight Stay

Singer Frank Sinatra went home from the hospital Tuesday, a day after he checked in for undisclosed reasons, his spokeswoman and a hospital official said.
Sinatra, 81, left Cedars-Sinai Medical Center by private car about 8 a.m. and arrived at his Beverly Hills home a short time later, Sinatra spokeswoman Susan Reynolds said. “He’s fine,” she said.
Sinatra entered the hospital Monday morning and was checked into a private room. At his request, Reynolds and the hospital refused to discuss the reason.
A source requesting anonymity said the hospitalization was for a prearranged procedure and not a life-threatening malady.
Two months ago, Sinatra was hospitalized eight days at Cedars-Sinai for treatment of a pinched nerve and mild pneumonia.
