The Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs in Phoenix this month opened the Falls, a three-acre site with a 40-foot-high waterfall and 15 smaller ones; travertine pools and streams; and two swimming pools. Western Pacific Airlines on Feb. 2 will increase its daily LAX-Colorado Springs, Colo., flights from three to four each way and also suspend service from the Ontario airport, among other changes. . . . The former Paramount Building at 1 Central Park West in New York, reworked by architect Philip Johnson, opened for business as the Trump International Hotel & Tower this month. It includes 168 hotel rooms and 158 residential condominiums. Hotel guests get an “attache” who does everything from reconfirming travel arrangements to setting up in-room massages and finding jogging companions. Room rates start at $475, plus tax.
