YORBA LINDA — GMS Dental Group Inc. said Thursday it has completed its sixth acquisition--two Bay Area dental groups that increase its holdings to seven dental groups in 14 locations. GMS acquired Naismith Dental Corp. of Oakland and Naismith Dental Corp. of San Francisco. Terms were not disclosed.
GMS Dental Group develops and manages the business and marketing aspects of mid-size dental group practices.
