Van Nuys Firm to Build Radars for Brazil Air Force

ITT Gilfillan in Van Nuys was awarded a $10-million contract for radar systems from the Brazilian Air Force.

This type of product, called PAR-2000 radar, is the latest in air traffic technology developed by the company.

ITT Gilfillan is a unit of ITT Industries, a manufacturing company headquartered in White Plains, N.Y.
