Dole Food Declares Quarterly Dividend

Dole Food Co. has declared its regular quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share.
The dividend is payable June 5 to shareholders of record on May 22.
Westlake Village-based Dole Food, which had 1996 revenues of $3.8 billion, is the world’s largest producer and marketer of fresh fruit and vegetables, and it markets a growing line of packaged food.
