Dr. Arthur Kling; Educator, Head of Veterans Psychiatric Care

Dr. Arthur S. Kling, 67, medical educator and head of psychiatry services for veterans. Kling was a former professor and vice chairman of the psychiatry department at the UCLA School of Medicine. At UCLA, he participated in a key study of experimental drugs in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease. Kling also headed psychiatry services at the Veterans Administration Medical Center.
