Interpore, Steri-Oss Deal

IRVINE — Interpore International said Tuesday it has agreed to sell its dental implant business to Steri-Oss Inc. of Yorba Linda.
Steri-Oss will make a cash payment of $1.5 million when the deal closes, as well as an additional deferred cash payment of up to $1.5 million due in January 1998.
Interpore manufactures dental implants and accessories.
