IRVINE — CardioVascular Dynamics Inc.’s board approved the repurchase of up to 700,000 common shares in the open market or in negotiated transactions. The shares will be used for the employee stock plans.
CardioVascular, which said it has 9 million shares outstanding, makes catheters and vascular access products.
