Belize Fest Features Music, Dance Acts

The 10th annual Belize Caye Fest takes place Monday at Rancho Cienega Park. The event, which features authentic regional music, foods, arts and crafts from the Caribbean nation of Belize, also showcases an all-day lineup of Belizean music and dance.
Featured acts include singer-songwriter Chico Ramos, “The Crown Prince of Punta Music,” Guatemalan band Izanigu, Jamaicans Tippa Irie and Zally with the Elite Band, and Los Angeles-based Punta singer Bella Carib.
Admission, $10 for adults; $5 for children 5-12; children 4 and under, free. Rancho Cienega Park is at 5001 Rodeo Road and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Information: (213) 731-2927.
