Hycor Allowed to Market Latex Allergy Test

IRVINE — Hycor Biomedical Inc. said Tuesday it has received FDA clearance to market its latex allergy test in the United States. The test determines whether persons exposed to latex are prone to adverse reactions. Health care professionals who use latex gloves are especially susceptible, the company said.
Hycor Biomedical develops and markets medical diagnostic products.
