U.K. ABBA Is Acquired

IRVINE — Phoenix-based Styling Technology Corp. said Thursday it has acquired U.K. ABBA Products Inc., an Irvine-based maker of professional salon products, for $20 million.
Styling said ABBA, which produces a proprietary line of professional hair-care products, had revenue of about $10.5 million for the year ended Dec. 31 and about $3.2 million for the quarter ended March 31.
