Water Tank Wins Over Copper Curtain

I rather admire the water tank that now sits on a hilltop beside Spring Road. The dull, dark red color blends well with the dull, dark green of coyote brush. And it always comforts me to be reminded that we have enough water in this desert land where we have chosen to live. I would put the functional water tank up against a certain monstrous copper curtain any day. Way to go, Moorpark City Council.
