I agree for the most part with Sandy Teich’s letter “Aloha Cuisine” (July 23). One rainy day I stumbled on Hamura and won’t go to the islands without at least one meal there. Roy’s restaurants are also excellent. And don’t forget Danni’s Diner on Kauai.
