IRVINE — Nerox Energy Corp. said it has signed a letter of intent to merge with Diamond Coal Co. of Hazleton, Pa. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
Nerox Energy said the merger will provide it with coal interests in Alaska. Diamond Coal mines and processes coal.
Nerox Energy has interests in oil and natural gas and coal and power-plant development.
