Classic Nutcracker at Spectrum Center

The classic holiday tale of the Nutcracker comes to life every day through Dec. 24, at the Irvine Spectrum.
Those who are dining at restaurants or visiting the center can see entertainment that includes a Nutcracker juggler, mechanical toy soldiers, dancers and toy floats.
“As the performers circulate around the center, they will involve the audience,” said Elizabeth Weaver, a center spokeswoman.
Performance hours are 7 p.m. Fridays, and 2 and 7 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
