Secret Arena Deal

Bravo, Bill Boyarsky, for exposing the “Wall of Secrecy” surrounding the arena deal (June 30). It is incomprehensible that the Los Angeles City Council should have approved the project thus far without knowing all the details; words like malfeasance and chicanery come to mind. At the very least this dubious scheme should be taken to a vote of the people.
