Costa Mesa Firm Acquired by S.F. Company

COSTA MESA — Cotelligent Group Inc. said it has acquired three information technology consulting companies, including Costa Mesa-based American Digital Technologies Inc.

The three companies had combined revenue totaling about $15 million last year, according to Cotelligent, a San Francisco software services company. Terms of the purchases weren’t disclosed.

In addition to American Digital, Cotelligent purchased two Atlanta companies--Computermart of Georgia Inc. and HC Associates Inc. Existing management will be retained at each firm, Cotelligent said. Cotelligent generated $147 million in revenue last year.
