Sunstone Hotel Completes Kahler Acquisition

SAN CLEMENTE — Sunstone Hotel Investors Inc. said Thursday it completed its $322-million acquisition of Kahler Realty Corp., a Minnesota-based operator of 17 hotels.
Sunstone also said its third-quarter revenue climbed to $25.9 million from $10 million a year ago. The San Clemente-based real estate investment trust said it has acquired $162.4 million in hotels in the last year.
