My Best Shot

“Whoops! We spotted this witch on Lockwood Valley Road near Frazier Park, Calif., while out for a Sunday drive last October,” explained photographer Sue Hochstein. “Obviously, she was flying too low.” Hochstein and her husband, John, live in Thousand Oaks, but have a weekend home in Frazier Park.
