County Fair Will Be ‘in the Pink’ in 1998

The Orange County Fair Board of Directors on Thursday approved “We’re in the Pink” as the theme slogan for next year’s fair.
The slogan will anchor the fair’s tribute to fiber, fuchsias and fun, which follows the fairs traditional use of an agricultural theme, fair spokeswoman Jill Lloyd said.
The fair will be July 10-26 at the fairgrounds in Costa Mesa.
