ICU Medical Must Pay Agent

SAN CLEMENTE — ICU Medical Inc. said it was hit with a $795,448 judgment Tuesday in a suit brought by a sales agent who claims the company owed him that much in commission payments.
The San Clemente-based manufacturer of connectors for intravenous medical equipment said it intends to appeal the Orange County Superior Court jury verdict.
