Thanks to Richard B. Anderson (Column Left, April 23) for focusing on our real problems for the next 100 years. Malthus was right. We are consuming natural resources like trees, oil, habitats, the oceans et al. at an unprecedented rate with no end in sight. How do we focus on educating the masses regarding global population control? Do we have any leaders who are educated enough to lead us?
