AAC Corp. of Irvine to Be Acquired

TSB International Inc. said Wednesday it agreed to acquire AAC Corp., an Irvine-based supplier of telecommunications management products, for cash and stock. Financial details were not disclosed. Toronto-based TSB is a communications management technologies company. (Dow Jones)
