Santa Ana-based First American Financial Corp. said it agreed to acquire Ohio Bar Title Insurance Co. in Columbus. Financial terms were not disclosed.
First American, which provides real estate-related financial and information services, said the deal, which will require regulatory approval, is expected to close at the end of January.
Ohio Bar Title will continue to serve Ohio, West Virginia, Indiana, Kentucky and Illinois, First American said.
