Hospital Buy Completed

Catholic Healthcare West of San Francisco completed its purchase of eight hospitals, including two in Orange County, from Burbank-based Unihealth, the companies said Friday. Financial terms were not disclosed. The purchases include the 139-bed La Palma Intercommunity Hospital and the 105-bed Martin Luther Hospital in Anaheim.
