Councilman Juan M. Garcia was unanimously voted mayor and Councilman Steven C. Anderson was voted mayor pro tem at the City Council meeting Thursday. Garcia replaces Councilwoman Dorothy Rush, who was elected last month to another four-year term. Rush and incumbent G. Steve Simonian were also sworn in at the meeting.
